What if I need to modify my order?

Typically, orders aren’t modified after purchase. Make a second cart and checkout, or feel free to hit the Chat with Us feature on the bottom right of your screen if you need special assistance.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Call, email, or use our Chat with Us feature at the bottom right of your screen. Please use urgency!! If an order has already been delivered to the incorrect address, we do not replace the order.

Can I get same day delivery?

We strive to ship out on the same day or next, if the order was placed after 5. However it is more than improbable to actually receive your order on the same day. If your local, we’d love to let you pick up your product at our new store!!!

How to get a refund?

To be blunt, we do not refund orders unless there is a special situation! Please contact us immediately, and to receive the most prompt response, use our Chat with Us feature located at the bottom right of your screen.
